2. Order Placement and Processing

2.2. Customers of the Online Store are entitled to place an order for any product displayed on the glemaris.com website that is in stock. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. Orders can be placed by the Customer in the following ways: by telephone, by email or via WhatsApp messenger, and by completing the order form on the website.
2.3. As the majority of our items are made to order, please be aware that the lead time for your order can be between 3 to 5 working days. If a product is out of stock, a company representative will inform the Customer (by telephone, email or WhatsApp messenger) of any potential delays.
2.4. If a product is out of stock, the Customer may choose to replace it with a similar model, reject the product, or cancel the order.
2.5. The Customer has the right to cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched to the Customer by notifying the Online Store by telephone, email or WhatsApp messenger.
3. Delivery and Payment
3.1. The terms of payment and delivery of goods to the Customer are governed by the “Payment and Delivery” sections of the glemaris.com website.
3.2. Delivery of goods purchased from the Online Store is carried out by courier services, Royal Mail, and our own delivery service within Stockport, UK.
3.3. Despatch of ordered goods is usually within 2-3 working days after the order has been made. Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays are not included in working days.
3.4. Payment Terms:
3.4.1. The Customer can pay for a confirmed order on the glemaris.com Website using VISA or MasterCard debit/credit cards via a secure payment system, such as PayPal.
3.4.2. If placing an order with cash on delivery as an option, the Customer is obliged to pay the agreed delivery fee even if they refuse the purchase upon receipt of the goods.

4. Returns Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bedding is considered a hygiene product and may not be eligible for return or exchange once the packaging has been opened. Please refer to the detailed information on our “Returns Policy” page. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
4.2. Returns or exchanges are accepted by the Online Store only in the case of a manufacturing defect. To exchange or return faulty bedding, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and the items must be in their original condition and packaging.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
5.1. The Online Store operating through the glemaris.com website may at any time, without notice, make changes to the materials and services provided on this website, as well as 1 to the products and prices mentioned herein. The Online Store reserves the right to expand or reduce the product range on the Website, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and suspend or discontinue the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
5.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Online Store shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use, inability to use, 2 or the results of use of this website.
