Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which apply in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the items are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Please note: As all our bedding is made to order, we regret that we cannot accept returns once the original packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and will offer a full refund, including any delivery charges.
